Prizes up to $600 can be claimed at any Michigan Lottery authorized retailer. Any prize won playing Daily 4 can be cashed in by mail. You'll need to send your ticket, signed, along with a number of completed documents (which can be downloaded in a selection of languages from the Michigan Lottery website) to the following address:

The Michigan Lottery operates a handful of claims centers across the state, which facilitate in-person claims for prizes greater than $600. Winners must call ahead to book an appointment, or else they may not be served.
